Discovering impacts in the real world of these online venues and usingthat knowledge to develop effective preventative and intervention programmes are criticalcomponents of our purpose. We explore two problems in the literature: inconsistent definitionsof different forms of yoga and an overreliance on descriptive data.Investigating the correlationbetween participation in yoga intervention and the reduction of symptoms related to anxietyand depression. A cross-sectional strategy was used to address research difficulties, and 120individuals were selected from three age groups: 18-21, 22-25, and 26-29. Using stratifiedrandom sampling and an online/offline poll. We employed a product-moment correlationstrategy and three questionnaires. A systematic questionnaire will be created using validatedmeasures as the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and the Generalised Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7) Scale and Yoga Self-Efficacy Scale. Additional questions will evaluate demographicinformation, yoga experience, and evaluations of yoga’s effectiveness.
